Greetings!  Do you call this season Fall or Autumn?  I am particularly fond of Autumn but I typically say Fall.  I wonder if that is one of the words we use depending on where in the U.S. we live?  Either way, I do enjoy this season.  I love seeing the different colors in the leaves, the pumpkins, mums, and the slightly cooler weather.  It also reminds me of all the upcoming holidays that I look forward to celebrating.

I am happy to announce that we have a new website!  Please go visit www.ourcatholicradio.org.  You will find lots of changes, interactive maps of all of our stations and their schedules, a Listen Live tab that opens directly with one click, prayer and a place to submit prayer requests, a page to make donations online, volunteering information, contact information and so much more.  Let me know what you think!

This October is particularly special with the 100th anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima and Our Lady’s apparition.  I sincerely hope you mark the day in a special way.  We have had a particularly trying month in the country with all of the fires and flooding, I think we are being called to pay attention.  Stay close to the Church and the Sacraments!

The Fall Radiothon begins on Monday, October 2, the Feast of the Holy Guardian Angels!  It will soon be here.  I still am in need of phone volunteers.  If you are available please contact me at teresa@covenantnet.net or at 314-752-7000.  Tune in as much as you can, it is our best opportunity to have our listening family all together.  Help us keep this apostolate sharing the Faith and bringing souls to Christ!

October is the month of the Holy Rosary and also the Holy Angels.  Pray the rosary with your family, neighbors, or just while walking around your neighborhood.  I see an older lady walking her dog almost every morning with her rosary in her hand.  What a great way to begin the day!

May God bless you!  Keep Covenant Network in your prayers.  Tune in!

Sincerely in Christ,

Teresa M. Holman

The Feast of St. Robert Bellarmine

This week is Summer’s last hurrah, we are supposed to have temperatures in the mid90s. We have had some glimpses of Autumn weather and I’m really looking forward to their return.
