Greetings!  This summer has been an especially fast one for me.  We are having typically warm weather now and even though we’ve had some days of good rain recently.  It’s surprising how quickly grass greens up with just a little rain.

Are you excited for the eclipse on August 21?  A good portion of the Covenant Network family is in the prime viewing area.  I find it interesting that it will occur between the Feasts of the Assumption and the Queenship of the Blessed Mother in the month dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.  There is a 54-Day Novena beginning on August 21, the day of the eclipse, and ending on October 13, the 100th Anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun!  At the Carmelite Novena we were reminded of the eclipse or darkness during the Crucifixion of Our Lord.

Don’t forget August 15 is a Holy Day of Obligation for the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.  It is also the start day for the next Novena for Our Nation, www.novenaforournation.com, this one will end on the Feast of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, October 7.  I think I’m starting on August 15 and continuing through October 13.

Covenant Network is a non-profit organization.  We need your support to continue sharing the Faith with our listeners.  Every donation is extremely important to our efforts to make the Faith more alive in the hearts and minds of every soul!  We want you, your neighbor, your family, your friends, everyone to know, love, and live the Faith so that we can enjoy our Eternal reward together.  We are making a difference.  Please help us!

We need your prayer support too.  Please say a prayer each day for Covenant Network.  Could you offer a quick prayer to ask the Lord to bless the apostolate and all the listeners?

Sincerely in Christ,

Teresa Holman

The Feast of St. Robert Bellarmine

This week is Summer’s last hurrah, we are supposed to have temperatures in the mid90s. We have had some glimpses of Autumn weather and I’m really looking forward to their return.
